I have put on so much weight. OMG! I can’t control. I want to lose the tire off my stomach. my clothes don’t fit me anymore. I want to look pretty….. look at this flab….. I am going on a diet!!!

Keto diet, paleo diet, low-carb, low-fat diet, Atkins diet, and all the other weight loss diet which help you shed weight, look good…. and then what? And the biggest question is for how long??? How long can you continue these diets? Are they sustainable? Have you asked yourself these questions? Most important are these diets healthy enough to continue for long?

Let me tell you about a diet that is 100% sustainable and yes! healthy too. I’d like to call it a “HAPPY DIET “which is very simple to follow. I don’t have to starve myself or kill the cravings. It’s literally mind, body, and soul.

They say your body is a temple, worship it! I'll tell you the best to worship. Now, mind you, you don’t have to go through tough methods to look pretty nor do you have to go on a strict diet unless you are sick or wounded. All you have to do is adapt to healthy habits and slowly make it your lifestyle. Alas! You are pretty and healthy forever.

My main motto when I prescribe a diet is a healthy, sustainable, and feel-good factor which by the end of the day puts a smile on your face. You can achieve all this simply by implementing a balance in your eating habits and lifestyle.

You must have heard “it takes 21 days to build a habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle “. so, I ask you for 21 days to help you create a habit, and your dedicated 69 days to create a lifestyle! You can achieve it! even if you work in Charlie’s chocolate factory or MCD.

Everything you do constantly becomes a habit; sleeping habit, working habit, and also your eating habit. If you feed your body junk and/or also eat larger portions than required, your body will adapt resulting in a constant need to eat more, which can lead to obesity.

Sugar is another bad habit that needs fixing. You feed your body with sugar it craves for more. There is a constant urge to have more and more sugar every time with zero chance of controlling and you find yourself weak whenever you see sweets. chocolate, pastry etc. You can start by allowing yourself to have a small piece whenever you crave a chocolate, just enough to satisfy; slowly reducing the consumption and cravings and this goes for every food habit.

Burger, Pizza, Pasta, French fries, steak, ice cream, pastries, chocolates, all of these are my weaknesses. And I say have it all but in a balance.
